Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with our privacy notice, are the entire agreement between you and Sedorix about use of the Site. They do not replace any separate written agreement for services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
